bonjour a tous

J'envisage de m'acheter mon premier surf , je fait 1m87 94 kg , je cherche une board confortable , facile ( pour mon premier surf) pour un programe Free ride cool , que pensez vous de la Naish Custom Fish 6'0 ? peut elle convenir pour mon programe et mon gabarit, ou alors un autre modèle ?

Je possède un Naish Fish 6'0. C'est un excellent choix pour un premier surf : trés tolérante au jibe, une bonne glisse et bonne maniabilité. Elle est un poil lourde par rapport à d'autres planche; un peu sensible aux chocs ponctuels, attention à la boucle de harnais quand tu la manipules sur la plage.
La finition est vraiment splendide, les straps sont d'excellente qualité. Elle remonte au vent avec une grande facilité. Tu sors le pieds arrière pour gagner en cap. En strapless elle est fantastique même si par chez moi j'ai un peu renoncé à naviguer strapless dans les vagues de l'atlantique.
N'hésite pas, tu seras ravi...

merci nicolas pour ton retour d'infos , c'est vrai que la finition a l'air trés belle et cela influence aussi dans mon choix , quand a la fragilité j'imagine que c'est un peu pareil avec tout les customs a moi de faire gaffe !!

sinon peut tu me préciser ton gabarit ?

je viens de trouver sur un forum le retour d' un " gros gabarit " comme moi


Just had a first ride on the Naish Fish 6'0. Gotta say I love it. Felt instantly at home, like Naish made this board just for me.

A bit about me. 220 lbs 6 foot 3 inches tall. Riding 2010 Helix kites. Tried many surfboards but just could not jibe them because I am too heavy. They always ended up sinking. Added difficulty in Jibing is my size 15 feet.

And no, I do not work for Naish or a sponsor. I pay full price and buy what I like.

The Fish has a lot more volume and is big and floaty. It is a big board but it rides fast and smooth like a smaller board. No annoying spray or jet of water like other boards I have tried that end up pushing your back foot off when you go to jibe.

Pads are really nice and the straps are very adjustable so I was able to get them just right so that I can turn my front foot a bit but still hold onto the board if I need to jump a wave.

Jumping is good but that's not really why I bought this board.

I have not gotten it in the waves yet. Did not want to push my luck until I can at least ride it in choppy water. Will post an update as soon as I get a chance to hit the waves.

Overall the board is a just FUN with no hassles and easy to jibe. Comes nicely equipped and reasonably priced. Would recommend to any bigger heavier folks wanting to get into wave riding.

la 2010 je l ai eu tres fragile 2011 je ne sais pas
vraiment tres bonne planche en plus si tu continues dans la directionnelle ce sera ta planche de lightwind que tu pourras completer par une planche plus typé baston

2010 / 2011 , je suis pas vraiment fixé , apparament c'est le meme shape , peu etre des differences au niveau construction ! solidité ?
j'en ai pas vu sur le marché de l'occaz , et pas beaucoup de shop , l'ont en stock !
