Mon message "Hi Dano,
(...)
My inquiry was about the differences between the 1st and second generation BWS Noise kites. Appart from the graphics, what are the main changes?
I demoed the first generation in 6 and 8m2 and did not really like them. Too much lag between input on the bar and reaction of the kite. Felt like driving a limo rather than a sports car. I need a much more responsive kite in the side, side-on shore I ride in Europe. But I was impressed by the construction quality, the bar set-up (eventhough above the bar trim is my prefernce like you make them now).
I saw also on your "our vision" video some protoypes of kites with square types of wings and direct connections on the backlines to the kites, without the bridles system you currently use connecting front and back. After years, I really lean towards simplicity and I was wondering if you were planning to make such changes on your future kites. Less battens, simpler bridle system, no pulley. I rode Cab SB then Slingshot Rev in the past, and now Wainman Rabbits. I ride a BWS Mulcoy pro 6"0 surfboard and am very satisfied with it, so I'd be tempted to ride your kites too, hence my questions here.
Thanks in advance for your answers/inputs,
